Vegan Nutella Brownie Recipe

I have been experimenting on how to achieve the best Vegan Nutella Brownies Recipe and I have finally got it!
So today, I am going to share with you my final and most favorite version of Vegan Brownies using our very own Nutella.
Yep guys, we make our own Nutella.
It is super easy and fast to make and no weird ingredients!
If you want to make your own Nutella too, here is a quick video on how we do it.
I think one of the reasons why people are having hard time being vegan or transitioning to plant-based diet is because they think they can not eat sweets anymore.
We all have a misconception that when we go vegan or transition to a plant-based diet, we can not indulge in sweets like cookies, cakes, and well brownies because of milk, butter, and other animal products that are used in those treats.
But there are already a lot of recipes out there that re-invented the world of sweets and that is what I did here too.
I re-invented the classic brownies and made it vegan and gluten-free.
I did not use any weird ingredients either.
All the ingredients here are easy to find and I believe mostly available in your home especially if you have been in Vegan or Plant-based diet for a while now.

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat your oven to 350F or 180C.

In a big bowl, mix all your dry ingredients.

Sift your dry ingredients to make sure there are no lumps.

In a separate bowl, mash your 2 bananas. I like my brownies to have a little bit of texture so I do not mash my banana so much and leave some little chunks.

In another big bowl, mix all your wet ingredients. Stirring well to make sure all the ingredients are well incorporated.

Add your dry ingredients into your wet ingredients and slowly fold the batter.

Transfer your batter into the pan and make sure it is well distributed.

Put it in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.

Once cooked, Cool down for about an hour and then pour your remaining Nutella on top and sprinkle some crushed hazelnuts on top.

Enjoy your Vegan Nutella Brownies!
